The pack includes a glow in the dark pair of 1.5" stars, 1" hearts, and .75" circles. Simply remove oils and lotions from skin, peel off backing, and stick on dry nipples. Gently remove at the end of use. To reuse later, place them on a clean mirror or window and re-apply with spirit gum. Have fun with what you wear no matter where you wear it!
